Alicarrier offers several payment options for product purchasing, China warehouse services, parcel consolidation, packaging, and international shipping.
The payment methods available for a particular order may depend on:
- Customer location;
- Payment currency;
- Order value;
- Product category;
- Selected service;
- Payment-provider availability;
- Compliance or verification requirements.
Please wait until you receive an official Alicarrier quotation, invoice, or payment instruction before sending funds.
Secure and Flexible Payment Options
Depending on the order, Alicarrier may accept:
- Bank transfer;
- Credit or debit card;
- Stripe payment;
- Alipay;
- WeChat Pay;
- USDT;
- Other payment methods confirmed in writing.
Not every payment method is available for every customer, country, currency, or transaction.
The payment method shown on your official quotation or invoice will apply to that order.
1. How Alicarrier Payments Work
Alicarrier orders are commonly paid in separate stages because the final international shipping cost cannot always be calculated until the goods have arrived at our China warehouse.
Stage 1: Product Purchase Payment
Before Alicarrier purchases products from a supplier, the customer may be required to pay:
- Product cost;
- Chinese domestic shipping;
- Purchasing-agent fee;
- Supplier communication fee;
- Customization or sampling charges;
- Payment-processing charges;
- Other confirmed purchasing costs.
Alicarrier will normally begin purchasing after the required payment has been received and verified.
Stage 2: Warehouse and Additional Service Payment
Additional payment may be required for optional or specially requested services, including:
- Detailed photography;
- Additional inspection;
- Product testing arranged through a third party;
- Extended storage;
- Removal of original packaging;
- Parcel consolidation;
- Repacking;
- Protective reinforcement;
- Waterproof packaging;
- Wooden crates;
- Pallets;
- Custom labels;
- Other warehouse handling.
These charges may be included in the initial quotation or confirmed after the goods arrive.
Stage 3: International Shipping Payment
The final international shipping cost is normally confirmed after the goods have been:
- Received at our China warehouse;
- Checked and photographed where requested;
- Consolidated or repacked;
- Weighed and measured;
- Matched with an available shipping route.
The shipment will normally be dispatched after the final shipping charge and any outstanding service fees have been paid.
2. Bank Transfer
Bank transfer may be available for larger orders, business purchases, wholesale transactions, or customers who prefer direct account-to-account payment.
Payment instructions may include:
- Account-holder name;
- Bank name;
- Bank address;
- Account number or IBAN;
- SWIFT or BIC code;
- Payment currency;
- Payment reference;
- Invoice number.
Customers must use the exact bank details shown on the official Alicarrier invoice or payment instruction.
Bank Transfer Requirements
When making a bank transfer:
- Enter the correct payment reference or invoice number;
- Ensure that the beneficiary information matches the payment instruction;
- Pay all sending-bank and intermediary-bank charges unless otherwise agreed;
- Send us a payment receipt after completing the transfer;
- Do not send funds to an account provided by an unknown third party.
International bank transfers may take several business days to arrive, depending on the sending bank, intermediary banks, currency, country, and compliance review.
An order will normally be treated as paid only after the funds have been credited to and verified in the designated receiving account.
3. Credit and Debit Card
Credit or debit card payment may be available through an approved third-party payment processor, such as Stripe.
Accepted card types depend on:
- The payment processor;
- Card-issuing country;
- Payment currency;
- Transaction amount;
- Risk-review results.
Customers should enter card information only on the secure payment page supplied for the transaction.
Card Payment Security
Alicarrier will not ask customers to send complete card details through:
- Email;
- WhatsApp;
- Website contact forms;
- Social media;
- Telephone messages;
- Unsecured documents.
Do not send us:
- A complete card number;
- Card security code;
- Online banking password;
- One-time authentication code;
- Card PIN.
Card transactions may require identity verification, 3D Secure authentication, or confirmation from the issuing bank.
A payment may be declined or held for review by the card issuer or payment processor. Alicarrier does not control third-party authorization decisions.
4. Stripe Payments
Where available, Alicarrier may send the customer a Stripe-hosted payment link or invoice.
The payment page may allow customers to pay using eligible:
- Credit cards;
- Debit cards;
- Digital wallets;
- Local payment methods supported by Stripe.
The exact options shown depend on the customer’s device, country, currency, and the Stripe services enabled for the transaction.
Customers should verify that:
- The payment amount is correct;
- The currency is correct;
- The invoice or order reference matches;
- The payment page relates to Alicarrier;
- The page uses a secure connection.
Stripe or the card issuer may request additional verification before approving the transaction.
5. Alipay
Alipay may be available for customers who can make payments through an eligible Alipay account.
Alicarrier may provide:
- An Alipay payment code;
- A payment QR code;
- An account identifier;
- A payment request;
- Other official payment instructions.
Before paying, customers must confirm:
- Recipient name;
- Payment amount;
- Currency;
- Order or invoice reference;
- Payment purpose.
Please send a payment screenshot or transaction reference after the payment has been completed.
Do not send money to an Alipay account that has not been confirmed through an official Alicarrier communication.
6. WeChat Pay
WeChat Pay may be available for eligible customers and transactions.
Payment instructions may be provided through:
- A confirmed WeChat account;
- An official payment QR code;
- A payment request;
- An Alicarrier invoice or quotation.
Before completing payment, verify:
- Recipient information;
- Payment amount;
- Currency;
- Order number;
- Quotation or invoice details.
A payment screenshot alone does not constitute final confirmation. Alicarrier will verify whether the funds have actually been received.
7. USDT Payments
Alicarrier may accept USDT for approved orders.
The available blockchain network will be stated in the official payment instruction.
Possible networks may include:
- TRON/TRC20;
- Ethereum/ERC20;
- Another specifically confirmed network.
Only use the exact network stated in the payment instruction.
Before Sending USDT
Customers must verify:
- Token: USDT;
- Blockchain network;
- Wallet address;
- Payment amount;
- Required network fee;
- Order or invoice number;
- Payment deadline.
Sending funds through the wrong network, to the wrong wallet address, or using the wrong token may result in permanent loss.
Alicarrier is not responsible for funds sent:
- To an incorrect address;
- Through an unsupported blockchain network;
- Using a different cryptocurrency;
- To an expired or replaced payment address;
- Without the required memo or reference, where applicable;
- To an address not issued through an official Alicarrier communication.
USDT Payment Confirmation
After transferring USDT, please provide:
- Transaction hash or transaction ID;
- Amount transferred;
- Network used;
- Sending-wallet address where requested;
- Order or invoice number.
The payment will be confirmed after the required blockchain confirmations and Alicarrier’s internal verification.
USDT Exchange Rate
Where an order is quoted in another currency, the USDT amount will be calculated using the exchange rate confirmed at the time the payment instruction is issued.
Because exchange rates and market conditions may change, a USDT payment request may have a limited validity period.
If payment is made after the stated deadline, Alicarrier may:
- Recalculate the amount;
- Request payment of a shortfall;
- Issue a revised payment instruction;
- Return the funds after deducting applicable transfer costs, where appropriate.
8. Supported Currencies
Depending on the payment method, Alicarrier may accept or quote payments in currencies such as:
- United States dollars;
- Chinese yuan;
- Euros;
- Other currencies confirmed for the order;
- USDT.
The currency shown on the quotation or invoice is the applicable payment currency.
Customers should not independently convert or send payment in a different currency without confirmation.
9. Exchange Rates
Cross-border purchasing may require Alicarrier to convert funds between different currencies.
The applicable exchange rate may reflect:
- Market exchange rates;
- Bank conversion rates;
- Payment-platform rates;
- Foreign-exchange costs;
- Transaction-processing costs;
- Currency-risk adjustments.
The exchange rate used for an order will be stated or confirmed when the payment amount is calculated.
A quotation may be revised if:
- The customer pays after the quotation expires;
- The exchange rate changes materially;
- The supplier changes the product price;
- A payment provider applies an unexpected conversion;
- The customer changes the payment currency.
10. Payment Processing Fees
Payment methods may involve additional charges, including:
- Card-processing fees;
- Stripe fees;
- Bank-transfer fees;
- Intermediary-bank charges;
- International transfer fees;
- Currency-conversion costs;
- Alipay or WeChat charges;
- Blockchain network fees;
- Refund-processing fees.
The quotation or payment instruction will indicate whether payment fees are:
- Included in the quoted amount;
- Added separately;
- Deducted by the payment provider;
- Payable by the customer.
Unless otherwise confirmed, the customer is responsible for ensuring that Alicarrier receives the full invoiced amount.
11. Minimum and Maximum Payment Amounts
Some payment methods may be subject to:
- Minimum payment amounts;
- Maximum transaction limits;
- Daily payment limits;
- Bank restrictions;
- Card-issuer limits;
- Blockchain or wallet limits;
- Compliance-review thresholds.
A large order may need to be paid using bank transfer or divided into multiple approved payments.
Do not split a payment without first receiving Alicarrier’s written confirmation.
12. Payment Verification
Alicarrier may verify payment before purchasing products or dispatching a shipment.
Verification may include:
- Confirming that funds have been received;
- Matching the payment with an invoice;
- Reviewing a bank receipt;
- Checking a blockchain transaction;
- Confirming the payer’s name;
- Requesting additional transaction information;
- Conducting fraud or compliance checks.
A screenshot, pending transaction, card authorization, or blockchain broadcast does not necessarily mean that cleared funds have been received.
We may delay an order until payment verification is complete.
13. Identity and Compliance Checks
For certain transactions, Alicarrier or a payment provider may request additional information to meet security, fraud-prevention, sanctions, banking, or legal requirements.
Requested information may include:
- Customer name;
- Company name;
- Billing address;
- Country;
- Identity document;
- Company registration document;
- Source or purpose of payment;
- Beneficial-owner information;
- Proof of payment ownership;
- Order-related documents.
Failure to provide reasonably required verification may result in:
- Payment delay;
- Order suspension;
- Payment rejection;
- Refund to the original payer;
- Cancellation of the transaction.
14. Official Payment Instructions
For your protection, only make payments using details provided through an official Alicarrier channel.
Official Alicarrier contact details include:
Telephone: +86 186 2081 3538
Email: [email protected]
Website: alicarrier.com
Customers should contact us immediately if:
- Payment details change unexpectedly;
- An unfamiliar person requests payment;
- The beneficiary name appears inconsistent;
- Someone requests payment to a personal account not previously confirmed;
- The wallet address differs from the official payment instruction;
- An email or message appears suspicious;
- Someone pressures the customer to pay without an invoice.
Do not resend payment solely because an unknown person claims that the first payment failed.
15. Payment References
Customers should include the requested reference when making payment.
The reference may be:
- Alicarrier order number;
- Invoice number;
- Customer identification number;
- Supplier order reference;
- Shipment reference.
Missing or incorrect payment references may delay payment identification and order processing.
16. Payment Confirmation
After a payment has been received and verified, Alicarrier may provide:
- Payment confirmation;
- Updated invoice;
- Order status update;
- Warehouse instruction;
- Product purchasing confirmation;
- Shipping preparation confirmation.
Customers should retain all quotations, invoices, receipts, and transaction records.
17. Invoices and Receipts
Alicarrier may provide a quotation, pro forma invoice, commercial invoice, receipt, or payment confirmation depending on the transaction and service stage.
A payment document may show:
- Customer name;
- Order number;
- Product amount;
- Service charges;
- Domestic shipping;
- Warehouse charges;
- International shipping;
- Payment fees;
- Currency;
- Amount paid;
- Outstanding balance.
Customers should review the document and report any discrepancy promptly.
18. Outstanding Balances
Alicarrier may suspend purchasing, warehouse processing, storage release, or international dispatch when an outstanding balance remains unpaid.
Outstanding amounts may include:
- Product price differences;
- Supplier price increases;
- Additional domestic shipping;
- Warehouse service charges;
- Storage fees;
- Packaging charges;
- Shipping-cost adjustments;
- Carrier surcharges;
- Customs-related charges;
- Other approved services.
Goods will not normally be released or internationally dispatched until the required balance has been paid.
19. Overpayments
If a customer pays more than the confirmed amount, the excess may be:
- Applied to an outstanding order;
- Retained as customer account credit with consent;
- Applied to international shipping;
- Refunded to the original payment method;
- Returned through another verified method where necessary.
Any payment-provider, bank, currency-conversion, or blockchain transaction fees may be deducted from the refundable balance.
20. Underpayments
An underpayment may occur because of:
- Bank deductions;
- Intermediary-bank charges;
- Exchange-rate changes;
- Card or payment-platform fees;
- Incorrect transfer amount;
- Blockchain network deductions;
- Payment in the wrong currency.
Alicarrier may request payment of the remaining balance before proceeding with the order.
21. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where reasonably possible, refunds will be returned:
- To the original payer;
- Through the original payment method;
- In the original payment currency.
A refund may be reduced by:
- Completed service fees;
- Supplier charges;
- Marketplace charges;
- Bank or payment-provider fees;
- Blockchain transaction fees;
- Currency-conversion costs;
- Exchange-rate differences;
- Domestic shipping;
- Warehouse charges;
- Other non-refundable costs.
For supplier-related refunds, Alicarrier may process the customer’s refund only after receiving the corresponding funds from the supplier or marketplace.
22. USDT Refunds
Where an approved refund relates to a USDT payment:
- The customer may be required to confirm the refund network and wallet address;
- Alicarrier may only refund through a supported network;
- Network fees may be deducted;
- The receiving address must support the stated USDT token and network;
- Additional verification may be required.
Alicarrier will not send a cryptocurrency refund to an unrelated third party without appropriate verification.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and compatible refund address.
23. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact Alicarrier before initiating a card chargeback, bank recall, or payment dispute.
We will attempt to review and resolve legitimate concerns involving:
- Duplicate payment;
- Incorrect payment amount;
- Unauthorized payment;
- Cancelled service;
- Missing refund;
- Order-status disagreement.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback after Alicarrier has purchased products, completed services, or dispatched goods may delay the order and result in the submission of transaction records to the bank or payment provider.
A chargeback does not automatically cancel a supplier order, recover goods, or reverse completed logistics services.
24. Fraudulent Payments
Alicarrier may refuse, suspend, or report payments associated with suspected:
- Stolen cards;
- Unauthorized accounts;
- False identities;
- Altered payment receipts;
- Fraudulent chargebacks;
- Money laundering;
- Sanctions violations;
- Payment-account misuse;
- Other illegal activity.
Orders associated with suspected payment fraud may be placed on hold while the matter is reviewed.
25. Cash on Delivery
Unless expressly confirmed for a specific local service, Alicarrier does not offer international cash-on-delivery payment.
Product costs, service fees, and international shipping charges must normally be paid before the corresponding service is performed or the shipment is dispatched.
Destination duties or carrier charges may still be collected separately by customs authorities or local carriers for non-DDP shipments.
26. Changes to Payment Methods
Alicarrier may add, remove, restrict, or temporarily suspend a payment method because of:
- Payment-provider availability;
- Regulatory requirements;
- Fraud risk;
- Currency restrictions;
- Banking changes;
- Technical issues;
- Country restrictions;
- Transaction limits.
The available method for each order will be confirmed before payment.
